WORSE HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! CHECKED IN WITH MY PARTNER. MADE WAY TO MY ROOM & IT SMELLED LIKE HUMAN FECES! THE BED LOOKED LIKE IT HAD HUMAN FECES ON IT! ( PIC FOR REFERENCE ). ALSO THE TOWELS WAS COVERED IN BLOOD! AND LOTS OFF HAIR EVERY-WEAR IN THE ROOM. I WOULD GENERALLY PREFER TO SLEEP IN MY CAR THAN THIS HOTEL! THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY STAY AS ALL THEY WANTED WAS TOO GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM BUT I WAS BADLY DISGUSTED AND WANTED MONEY BACK TO STAY IN ANOTHER HOTEL! STAFF NO HELP! JUST RUDE! LONG STORY SHORT TRIP. COM AGREED WITH AND GAVE ME ENOUGH TRIP COINS TO MAKE UO FOR THE ROOM! VERU GRATEFUL! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL NIGHTMARE!!!!

Overall, it was a good experience. Ideally situated for JetPark Ringway, but getting to the upper level of the hotel car park isn't clearly signed, and parking spaces are tight.

Room and toilet are both very clean and perfect location with lots of parking spaces and 20 mins drive to second biggest shopping centre Trafford Centre

Friendly staff, Food was good, room was okay. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Both a Little on the small side. Pillows were rock hard, not comfortable at all. Car park was an absolute joke, far too small and too tight to manoeuvre around. I was very lucky to get a space which was too small. I was again lucky that the two cars I parked in between were there before me and their after I left, so my car didn’t get damaged by someone hitting it with their door. There was no room what so ever to get in and out of car. My car is a two door coupe and I had to put window down to give me more room when getting and out. I’d recommend this hotel for a 1 - 2 night stay maximum, but not with a car.

recently stayed at this hotel. The location was fine and the staff at the reception were polite and helpful. However, the room that was given to me was very disappointing. The room was located near the floor entrance, and the door to that entrance was constantly being opened and closed loudly throughout the night. Every time it slammed shut, it sounded as if someone was opening our own room door. Because of this noise, we could not sleep the entire night. It was a very bad experience, and I honestly believe a refund should be considered for such a poor stay. The management should ensure that guests are not placed in rooms near noisy entrances, as it completely ruins the purpose of staying in a hotel — to rest peacefully

A great hotel near the airport. The shuttle is 10 quid and the hotel is clean with friendly staff. Downpoints are that parking can be busy sometimes and the pull up switch between the shower and bath tap can be a bit troublesome (room 719) and the same in some other rooms I have stayed in. Food and bar available and 24hour reception.

Smell of mould and sigarettes in the room.  No answer when I called ahead of my visit to ask directions. Missed my first day of work and the follow-up shift was cancelled  due to  my sleep being rudely interrupted on Saturday by the hotel staff. He let himself in and asked me to leave. I was not fully dressed and he kept the door open and proceeded to switch the lights on. Did all this while making a call to confirm my booking. Invasion of my privacy and exposure whilst not fully dressed left me vulnerable but this staff member was not bothered at all. Took a while for him to realise his error but he was not the least bit sorry. I asked if it’s all sorted when he finished his call and had to remind him to close the door and switch off the lights. This was Saturday morning. I overslept and called off my shift. Later I was replaced by someone to do the shift including the follow day’s shift. I made my way to work but forgot my ID in the room. The card you issued was not letting me in the room.  I asked the same person who let homself in to help me. His reply was for me to walk back to reception and also he does not know if  I belonged in the room. He had  a few hors ago let himself in the room to let me know to get out. He  saw me leaving and one of  the workers just outside asked if I was checking out to which I replied no in his presence. I came back after 10 minutes to  find I’m locked out and ask him to open the door as he let himself in earlier the in the morning. I am terribly upset with the way I was treated. This was most insensitive, rude and invasion of privacy.
